Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original condition

• With all original tags attached

• Returned in the original packaging

Return Shipping Costs

• We strongly recommend reviewing our sizing guide before placing your order, as all NOIRCHY pieces are manufactured using standard sizing specifications. Returns related to sizing, fit preference, or incorrect size selection are eligible for return approval under our policy; however, customers remain responsible for all return shipping costs.
  
• Return shipping fees are only covered by NOIRCHY if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@noirchy.com with your order number and photos so we can assist you promptly.

USA Returns

All returns originating from the United States are subject to a $29.99 USD restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.
